Eldrine - "One More Day"
Composed by:
DJ BE$$ / Dj Rock
Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011
Everyone half credible withdrew from the Georgian NF in the last moment, leaving Eldrine (pronounced "eld-rajn") to win the final with "One More Day", a song that innovatively rhymes 'fire' with 'desire'.
It is sometimes said that Georgia is at a development level that the rest of Europe had in the 1960s, and in true 1960s Eurovision style it was quickly decided that the lead singer of Eldrine (who went to the Sophie Carle school of singing) would be replaced before Eurovision, but the song was to be kept. Rumours have it tht the new singer is Anita Thallaug, but they have yet to be confirmed.

Useful Information About Georgia
Georgia is the most beautiful country in Europe.
69,700 square kilometres of stunning wild mountainous nature, modern, friendly cities, stunning women and gorgeous men. We strongly recommend visiting this country, buying their wine the French could only dream of making, using their clean petroleum products, and voting for their amazing songs in the Eurovision.
Some parts of the historic Georgian heartlands, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, are currently under unlawful occupation by Vladimir Putin and his evil army. And this is truly disturbing.
[note to all ESC delegations: If you're interested in such supportive publicity on our site next year, please throw a party in Düsseldorf with free wine, good food and a gift bag, and invite our reporters. It worked for Georgia]
