Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010
Last year, Switzerland attempted (and failed) to turn the Earth into a black hole by operating the Hadron Collider, a set of very large ovals that accelerates particles.
In a pure coincidence (or not), SRG SSR has internally selected for Oslo Michael von der Heide, whose latest chart success was in 1999 or so. He will sing the Synthpop number Il pleut de l'or.
